We use a custom blend of natural waxes: soy, coconut wax and beeswax for a cleaner, longer burn. Our scents are created using high-quality fragrance oils that are vegan-friendly and free from parabens and phthalates.
No. Our candles are cruelty-free, we never test on animals, and our ingredients are responsibly sourced. But we are not vegan.
For best results, allow the candle to burn until the entire surface melts on the first use. This prevents tunnelling and ensures an even burn. Burn for up to 4 hours. Place your candle tin on the lid provided as this acts as a stand and keeps some cooler air between the candle and the surface you've placed it on, to prevent any scorches, hot marks or damage.
The usual advice is to trim the wick to about 5mm before each burn to help prevent soot and keep the flame steady. HOWEVER, we use cotton wicks with a linen thread, so you experience a cleaner burn - less soot, smoke, and very little damage to the wick, so you should find that you don't need to trim the wick.
We recommend burning your candle for 2–4 hours at a time. Avoid burning for more than 4 hours to maintain optimal fragrance and safety.
Always place your candle on a heat-resistant surface and keep away from drafts, pets, and children. Never leave a burning candle unattended.
Orders placed after 4pm will be processed the next working day. Orders placed on a Friday will be processed on a Monday, unless you place a special request, please contact us on [email protected].
All UK deliveries are free when you spend £60 or more. Orders are shipped via Royal Mail – either standard 2nd class or tracked 24 hours, tracking numer will be provided.
NB: Once your order has been shipped, the delivery process is out of our control and we cannot promise that Royal Mail will deliver your parcel on time.

For items damaged in transit please contact us immediately so we can make it right as soon as we can. Please take photos of damaged packaging as well as damaged items so we can take it up with the carrier. A new product will be sent out to you.
Custom products or personalised items cannot be returned, but we will do our utmost to make sure the design is correct before sending to you.
